Fitness accountability is a 6-week results-driven fitness counseling support program that will help you develop the skills you need to achieve your fitness goals. Fitness accountability coaching will challenge your views on fitness and help you to assess and acknowledge how your fitness goals have affected your overall wellness. Fitness accountability will allow you to do the internal work needed to say goodbye to your EXCUSES and hello to CHANGE. The program includes one weekly coaching call as well as weekly individualized workout plans and journal assignments.  

Program Includes

  • 1x per week coaching call

  • 1 Fitness Plan

  • 6 journal assignments

  • 6 at-home workouts
