Fitness accountability is a 6-week results-driven fitness counseling support program that will help you develop the skills you need to achieve your fitness goals. Fitness accountability coaching will challenge your views on fitness and help you to assess and acknowledge how your fitness goals have affected your overall wellness. Fitness accountability will allow you to do the internal work needed to say goodbye to your EXCUSES and hello to CHANGE. The program includes one weekly coaching call as well as weekly individualized workout plans and journal assignments.

WHolistic Women's Empowerment Coaching
Wholistic women's COach

A 6-week mind body and spirit results-driven coaching program which helps women to manifest their highest self. Women will select an area of focus and establish clear goals, build strong support systems, and develop and implement effective self-care practices. Through this program, women will not only find their voice but they will learn to use it powerfully. Women will obtain the skills, tools, and courage to live authentically and crush their goals. Most importantly women will learn to SELF EMPOWER with everything they have within them without seeking external validation.
