A results-driven SERVICE that will help you shed fat, tone, and reshape and revive your relationship with exercise. The program will help you meet your exercise and wellness goals through accountability, creativity, and fun. Training can be offered virtually or in person.

Service includes

  • 1x-3x per week personal training session

  • Weekly at-home workouts

  • Weekly journal assignments
